Southwestern Energy Company is a rapidly growing, independent producer of domestic natural gas, an important natural resource that helps fuel our nation's economy while playing a critical role in America's quest for energy independence. Southwestern Energy Company began operating in Arkansas 80 years ago. We now produce primarily natural gas from more than 4 million acres of land and have expanded our operations into Texas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Canada. We also engage in natural gas gathering and marketing activities in our core market areas in support of exploration and production activities. We are currently looking for a Sr. Blender Operator - Well Services for our Conway, Arkansas office.
Job responsibilities:
- Ability to proficiently operate auxiliary equipment; stake bed, acid transport, and sand chief.
- Ability to proficiently operate Frac Pump, Acid Pump, Iron Truck and Sand Delivery System.
- Ability to learn to operate Nitrogen Pump, Blender and Hydration Unit.
- 4. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of SWN.
- Ability to learn the disciplines of driving and rigging up equipment on location.
- Must be able to lead blender and hydration unit operators.
- Perform various other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills:
- Three to six (3-6) years Fracturing/Stimulation experience in service company or oilfield operating company including at least one year as a blender operator.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Some mechanical ability preferred.
- Valid CDL with Hazmat.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to comply with DOT Regulations and Health Requirements.
- Ability to work flexible work schedule, including long and/or irregular hours.
- Capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions: (hot, cold, dust, dirt, noise, etc.)
- Will be required to pass all pre-employment requirements including a physical demands and drug-screening test along with a thorough background and driving record check.
