Account Representative - Carlsbad, NM

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Primary focus will be calling on drilling rigs and/or E&P companies to service those accounts
• Responsible for developing, cultivating, and growing customer base
• Maximize financial results (revenues, margins, etc.)
• Improve customer service and satisfaction
• Attain and exceed sales goals through increased market share, both existing and new business
• Responsible for business development
• Perform warehouse and/or driver duties, when required

Job Requirements

• Relevant business experience (drilling, oil and gas production)
• Good product knowledge of oilfield equipment
• MS Office skills (Excel and Word) and SAP knowledge
• Oral and written communication skills, both internal and external
• Presentation, marketing and negotiation skills
• Must follow established guidelines, policies and procedures
• Ability to initiate and adapt to change, and work as part of small and large teams
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Positive and aggressive attitude
• Good working relationship with customers
• Detail-oriented, organized and analytical
• Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment
