Job Description
Requires a BS degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8 yrs relevant subsea experience. Experience in offshore production operations is a plus but not a prerequisite. Applicant must be able to work in an interdisciplinary team environment, have a highly collaborative work style, be solution driven and be a self-initiator.
Responsibilities
Work with asset teams to develop "fit for purpose" subsea architecture options. Design work overseen and coordinated will include - Flow Assurance, Flowline Design, Materials Selection, Control Systems, Riser Systems, Bid Specifications and System Integration. Project management skills including the development of project budgets and schedules. Interface with relevant regulatory agencies. Supervise and witness subsea component construction and Factory Acceptance Testing. Expect to spend Offshore time during planning and installation activities. Work with production operations group to define startup procedures. Know how to learn from experiences and know how to celebrate success with all involved.
