Job Description:

Pure Energy Services (USA), Inc. is a customer focused oilfield service company with field offices strategically located throughout the US.  Our goal is to attract and retain the best possible people to work with us as we continue to build a company focused on Providing Superior Value.  The HSE Manager is accountable for safety systems, practices, policies, training, and procedures and will report to the US HSE Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee multiple locations as it relates to HSE in Southern USA operating areas
  • Develop specific training and competency programs
  • Ensure compliance relating to Health, Safety, and Environment
  • Establish, maintain, implement and improve the HSE management system
  • Coordinate and actively participate in new hire orientation safety training of personnel
  • Build accountable relationships with third parties, clients and local agencies regarding HSE
  • Follow-up on safety related subjects and participate in quality audits and investigations of major failures and incidents
  • DOT, EPA, OSHA and RA responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a high level of awareness among all personnel through communications, training, and active personal involvement
  • Conducts frequent field audits to evaluate operations and recommend changes
  • Other duties as assigned



QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 - 5 years Oil and Gas Industry experience strongly preferred
  • DOT, EPA and OSHA knowledge required
  • Able to analyze and resolve problems  
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Self Starter
  • Handle multiple projects and be able to set priorities and achieve project deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal and external customers
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
