Job Description:

Job Summary
This position will be located in Carrizo Springs, TX and will provide leadership for the business functions and support for field operations.  

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of finance, accounting, and/or management related experience
  • Proven leadership skills and experience
  • Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), communication, and organization skills
  • Capable of performing in a fast paced environment
  • Must take initiative, be highly motivated, and have sound work ethic
  • Experience with SAP and understanding of Oil & Gas industry preferred but not required


Responsibilities

  • Provide support for a wide variety of business functions in the field office
  • Supervise personnel handling clerical, accounting, and material control responsibilities
  • Work closely with local management to determine business requirements, identify action plans, and lead efforts to implement processes/solutions
  • Provide financial analysis, research, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with COPAS, operating agreements, and company policies/procedures
  • Define staff responsibilities and assign resources appropriately
  • Train and develop staff
  • Evaluate processes and improve efficiencies
  • Ensure proper controls
  • Participate in company projects and initiatives
  • Research and respond to partner inquiries and internal audits


Education
Business related bachelor's degree required

Grade and salary will be commensurate with relevant education and experience

Certifications/Licenses
Valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required

Relocation

This position is eligible for domestic relocation for current APC employees

Travel Requirements
The percentage of travel required for this position is 510%
