Discipline Coordinator- Finance

Swift is looking for a Discipline Coordinator- Finance to work as a resident in Angola, Africa.

Job Responsibilities:

• SAP Phase 1 Project- lead the design/validation, implementation, testing, and training of overall accounting processes in SAP Phase 1 project. Supervise & train 1 Accountant Trainee
• Coordinate recruitment, training, and mentoring activities across Finance department, working closely with the Finance Manager and other group Managers
• Establish curriculum for effective career development of Finance personnel
• Mentor selected successor(s) to Angolanize position no later than 1 year after plant start-up
• Advise Finance Manager, and other group Managers, with respect to recruitment, training, mentoring, and Angolanization activities
