Resource Designer - Systems

Responsible for designing and detailing parts, components and/or complete systems for electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic applications as they relate to Taylor Industries product line. This includes producing accurate drawings in a timely fashion that facilitate effective manufacture of Taylor Industries products.

We seek a motivated individual with the following background:

• 2-Year Associates Technical degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree a plus (B.S.E.E.T.)
• Newly graduate to two years related design experience (preferably in manufacturing environment)
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2000 or newer preferred
• Proficiency in SolidWorks will be required
• Proven proficiency with MS Office suit (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• On-Highway Truck or Mobile Equipment background preferred
• Creativity, initiative, detail-oriented, results-focused
• Personal motivation for success
