Lead Pipeline Engineer

An independent, multidisciplinary consultancy and engineering firm with around 50 offices around the globe is looking for a Lead Pipeline Engineer to join their Abu Dhabi office.

The right candidate must be capable of Front End & Detailed Design engineering of CS, Cross Country Pipeline, Full field Development (FFD Green/Brown). Preparation / Checking of Pipeline Design Basis, Pipe wall thickness calculations, Highway & Railway crossing calculations, Anchor Load Calculation, Upheaval Buckling , Anti buoyancy calculation, Hydrostatic Test calculation, Specifications / Data Sheets / TBE for Pig Traps, Pig signaler, Line Pipe, Pipe, Ball valve and Barred Tees and Isolation Joints. Review of  Pipeline / Piping drawings like Route/Strip Map, Alignment Sheet, Scraper Trap Launcher/Receiver, Piping GAD'S, Plot plan, Key plan of piping plan, Tie-in schedule, Hot Tap Details, Iso's, Pipeline details, Study of Route survey drawings.
Must be fully conversant with internationally accepted software applicable for design of pipelines i.e. Plus .One, CAESER -II, HYSIS, PIPESIM, AUTOPIPE, OFFPIPE, TGNET, TLNET etc.
