Facilities Optimisation Engineer A mid size European Operator is looking to identify a Facilities Optimisation Engineer to support projects on a global basis with particular focus on brownfield projects.
Position summary:
•Coordinates the facilities part of audits (Production System Optimisation Health Checks - PSO-HC), peer assists (Produce the Limit - PtL) and other technical reviews as required
•Follow-up on PSO-HC and PtL actions and liaise with branch offices on developing and implementing solutions for facilities production optimisation
•Coordinate with the facilities engineering group on facilities optimisation, debottlenecking, performance evaluation
•Analysing operating parameters, production shutdown reports and suggests improvement and corrective actions to optimise the production •Develop, implement and review work programs and budgets to optimise existing facilities and enhance production
•Assist in preparation of technical standards and guidelines for brownfield Process / Facilities engineering
Required Education and Experience:
•University Master Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering •Varied hands-on experience in Oil & Gas field operations and / or brownfield and debottlenecking projects
•Familiar with Surface facilities engineering software (Hysys)
