Chemical Engineer

Will manage a process development team, development of new and novel processes related to current technology of company, oversee a pilot plant, support mfg. operations, process improvement in current operations, support global licensing of technology.  "Own" the company's proprietary technology.      

•          Strong experience with fermentation or gasification
•          Strong experience with process development, i.e. Process Engineering R&D
•          Experience as a process engineer in a manufacturing environment
•         Will only consider someone from a chemical or energy company.  
•          Strong persuasive and communication skills
•          Experience with intellectual property strategy and management
