Job Description:

|
Purpose of the job: To manage International capital projects through all phases as per the Client's business and implementation (BD&I) model.
Job specification
Specific experience required
- At least 8 yrs relevant International Project Management experience
- International Experience in petrochemical projects
- Embedded knowledge and application of project execution fundamentals
Required outputs: Functional
- Ability to manage projects from inception to completion
- Competent in different project execution strategies
- Competent in different contracting strategies, i.e. LSTK, EPC, EPCm, etc
- Competent in estimating and cost control
- Competent in SHERQ requirements on projects
- Competent in construction management principles
- Competent in problem solving, negotiation and facilitation in a project environment
- Competent in the application of the BD&I, PMBOK, NEC3, etc
- Understand the total value chain of business on projects
- Working Knowledge of industry typical stage gate project execution principles
- Coordination of the contractor from an engineering, procurement and scheduled perspective
- Monitor schedule, cost and quality performance of the contractor and facilitate remedial action where required
- Perform general project duties and tasks defined by Senior Project Manager / Project Director
Qualifications and expertise required (Must)
- BS/ BS.Eng or equivalent qualifications as a minimum
- Working Knowledge of PMI / PMBok
- International experience in Petrochemical Industry
- International Travel
