Key Duties:
Under direct supervision, builds and repairs rod pumps to customer specifications.  Picks up and delivers downhole rod pumps and tubing anchor catchers and materials to location.  May make recommendations about rod pump design and application to customers, engineers, etc.  Handles special projects, as assigned.  

Knowledge, Skills:
Basic knowledge of rod pump repair.  Must be familiar with and be able to operate and/or use a forklift, truck, grinders, wrenches, vises, winches, pipe trailers, rolling support stands & bead blaster.

Required Experience - High School Diploma or educational equivalent.
