Job Description:

Performance Technologies, a Chesapeake Energy Company, is seeking a Service Supervisor to manage the daily operations of various field projects. The Supervisor would report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the supervision and direction of personnel and equipment on individual projects. This would include, but is not limited to, Heavy Equipment Operators, Mechanics, and Pipeline Laborers.

This position is based in  Pearsall, TX.  The Supervisor would be responsible for ensuring work is completed to satisfaction.

In addition, the Supervisor would be responsible for the following:
•Confirms personnel, equipment, chemical and bulk material accuracy prior to departure to well-site.
•Ensures all pre-job equipment inspections are performed and documented in accordance to DOT regulations and PTL policies.
•Organizes logistics of personnel and equipment movements for safe and efficient journeys.
•Evaluates competency of crew members and assigns job task accordingly for safe and effective service delivery.
•Participates in goal setting and performance appraisals of assigned crew members.
•Interacts with Client Representative and confirms accuracy of planned well treatment design.
•Performs necessary calculations to ensure fluid, chemical and material volume accuracy in accordance to job design.
•Reports to line management any discrepancies or changes to designed pump schedules prior to implementation.
•Program data acquisition computer, monitors job parameters and provides detailed reports of well treatment.
•Works with PTL Material Coordinators to provide timely and cost effective well-site delivery of bulk materials.
•Maintains accurate records of chemical and bulk materials at well-site for accurate inventory control and treatment invoicing.
•Provides Customer Representative with well treatment reports and billing estimates.
•Actively promotes a culture of safety, service quality excellence and environmental awareness.
•Constantly evaluates the safety effectiveness of his/her crew by reporting of near-misses and analysis of accident trends.
•Ensures that his/her crew complies with all PTL Standards & Policies as well as customer or external agency's regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

•2+ years demonstrated experience in supervising/leading field personnel
•5+ years hydraulic stimulation experience
•Must live or be willing to relocate to the operational area as needed
•Functional knowledge of maintaining heavy equipment
•Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations
•Able to work overtime, travel extensively, and work on-call
