Job Description:

 Minimum Education - An Associate's degree in Instrumentation; or A graduate of a 2 year technical school in the field of Instrumentation/Electronic/or related degree or equivalent. A certified journeyman instrumentation technologist and or industrial electrician. Experience and Qualifications
- Seven (7) years experience installing, commissioning, maintaining and repairing electronic and pneumatic instrumentation and controls in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry.
- Formal training and education specific to instrumentation and electrical systems.
- Proficient in PLC installation, programming and troubleshooting
- Ability to follow repair manuals. IFC drawings and P&ID's.
- International work experience in remote camp environment
- Good Computer and Microsoft Office skills
- State issued electrical license.
- Written and spoken English fluency required
Installs, maintains and troubleshoots electrical/electronic equipment used in oil production, processing and/or transportation.
Responsible for specification, installation, programming and testing of all types of electrical & electronic equipment (pumps, motors, valves, actuators, meters, transmitters, flow computers & programmable logic controllers (PLC) , flow computer & other metering & communication equipment) used in the oil/gas industry.
