Drilling & Completions Engineer

Swift Worldwide Resources is looking for a Drilling & Completions Engineer to work in Houston, Texas and eventually mobilize to Angola, Africa.

Houston Completion Engineer Duties:

* Work with the subsurface team and drilling engineers to develop well and completion designs for optimal depletion of reservoir targets

* Support optimization of field development plan, including well counts, completion design, and intervention planning

* Support the development team in shareholder review and quarterly work update meetings, usually held in Luanda, Angola

* Support appraisal formation evaluation program through the design and planning of appropriate Drill Stem Tests Drilling Engineer Duties:

* Work with other D&C engineers to develop well and completion designs for optimal Field Appraisal and Development

* Write technical specifications to contracts

* Analyst off-set drilling data, and write drilling programs. Develop well trajectories and casing designs. Develop well costs

* Write Drilling Operations manual (would like them to have some operations experience but not mandatory)

* Support the Appraisal and Development teams in shareholder review and quarterly work update meetings, usually held in Luanda, Angola
