In the new SKF Industrial Market organization, the Traditional Energy Business Unit (TEBU) has the global responsibility to develop and grow SKF's business into key markets of traditional energy. Our responsibility includes customers in all aspects of the Oil and Gas business including upstream, midstream and downstream operations as well as traditional electric power operations including nuclear and all fossil-fueled power plants. We are also responsible for the entire life cycle of the business from OEMs to EPCs to End-users.

Job Description/Key Accountabilities:
Given the dramatic growth potential in the traditional energy market, TEBU is looking for a proactive, high energy Account Manager that will help us achieve our goals and who wants to be part of our success. The candidate selected will be responsible for account management, developing relationships with assigned customers and promoting SKF's entire portfolio. The individual will be part of a team-based selling organization and will be responsible for generating opportunities and developing projects. Key accountabilities are:
•Promotes the complete SKF portfolio of 5 (+1) Platforms at assigned accounts.
•Develops and implements Account strategic and tactical plans to grow sales and BOI according to objectives outlined by the SKF Management team.
•Acts as the SKF ambassador and main SKF speaking partner with the customer to cultivate relationships and continuously create new contacts with the account(s), with an emphasis on the highest contact level possible.
•Acts as leader in corporate negotiation and shapes value-based contracts and agreements with the principle of ''Total Cost of Ownership'' and "Life Cycle Management".
•Forms / leads the necessary support & selling team consisting of Product Managers, Application Engineers and Reliability Systems engineers and others, as needed.
•Makes sure that all potential savings and benefits from offered solutions are documented and communicated to the customer, using the Documented Solutions Program and other accepted means of tracking value created.
•Monitors progress of agreed KPIs and reports to the management (customer & SKF).
•Ensures conformity with and usage of the SKF processes including Siebel and DSP.
•Bachelors degree or above in mechanical engineering or business administration or equivalent.
•Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management
•Knowledge of TEBU Industries processes and business environment would be an advantage.
•Ability to communicate and adequately represent SKF at the customer's senior level.
•Able to promote, negotiate and close orders in a complex and strategic sales environment.
•Solution and value selling experience.
•Ability to work with colleagues within the Country, across the RSS Organization and with Regional and Global Key Account Managers
•Fluent in English
•Frequent travel by air and land transport, typically for up to 1 week periods.
•Valid driving license
