Partnering with our client, we are currently searching for a Drilling Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute activities related to oil and gas drilling as part of a high performance team.
• Safe completion of projects within planned cost and time goals.
• Project cost management and the accuracy of morning reports and cost data.
• Oversee logistics (equipment, manpower, materials).
• Work closely with engineering, subsurface teams, and vendors in planning and executing work.
• Maximize the rig team performance by building an enabling environment where everyone has the freedom to contribute, challenge and participate.
• Champion HSE policies and procedures of Company.

Essentials:

• Eligible to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US for any employer without visa sponsorship.
• Five plus years experience as Drilling Supervisor.
• Current well control certification.
• Experience with SIMOPS.
• Experience with a major oil and gas company with an understanding of the safety management requirements involved.
• Experience with high angle wells.
• Champion HSE policies and procedures of Company.
