Job Description:
US Citizens / US Green Card only

• Integrity Management Program
o Establish Process PSM / Pipeline DOT Integrity Management Program
o Hire / Manage a Team to execute IM program
o Lead / Coordinate Integrity Management Program execution with collaboration with Operations
• Management Review and Communication
o Develop IM Business Plan for company Midstream Operations
o Monitor / Measure / Report Program Performance
o Conduct Quarterly / Annual Management Review of Programs
• Integrity Management Program Business Performance
o Define & Control IM Program Costs and Budget as needed
o Update Asset HSE Management Plan (IM Section)
• Pipeline Integrity Management System:
o Define applicable integrity-based engineering standards, specifications and best practices
o Plan, lead and coordinate operations / pipeline integrity audit, review and risk-based assessments
o Define measurement / technical integrity assessment program for process and gathering/
transmission associated pipeline systems
• Integrity Management Systems & Information Systems
o Establish an IM Management System / Processes to manage data, program information, and
reports
o Document IM to demonstrate company & compliance performance goals-objectives / requirements
o Utilize information management processes to manage information / data / reporting and other
documents
• Corrosion System Management
o Design and implementation of corrosion manage systems
o Perform failure diagnosis and mitigation work on degraded components
o Interpret internal corrosion monitoring including ILI, ECDA, and chemical analytical results
• Risk Management
o Investigate Process & Pipeline failures
o Use of corrosion models to predict corrosion / failure rate
o Make recommendations to management based on monitoring results and risk analysis
• Compliance Management
o Define / Communicate PSM / DOT Program Compliance Requirements
o Utilize Compliance Management Processes to manage execution

Requirements

• Masters / Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Metallurgical, Corrosion,
Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or other relevant degree
• Professional experience in the Materials & Corrosion discipline with downstream or gas technology
processes and related materials of use and corrosion mechanisms
• Mastery level expertise in Materials Selection and Specification, Corrosion Control Systems Design
and Management, and Investigation of Equipment Failure
• Expertise in DOT / PSM regulations relating to gas/ liquid pipelines
• Knowledge of Process & Pipeline inspection and assessment techniques
• Experience managing Integrity Management Systems & Processes
• Experience managing Corrosion Protection strategies and systems
• Ability to Strategically apply Integrity Management Program data, information and program
performance information to Business Plan
• Ability to effectively represent company in interactions with Government Officials/Representatives
• Ability to Travel within the designated operational region
• Develop, implement, and manage pipeline integrity management program for DOT and non-DOT
lines
• Ability to interpret results of internal corrosion monitoring program including ILI, ECDA, and chemical
analysis
• Ability to make recommendations to management based on monitoring results and risk analysis
• Expertise in DOT regulations relating to gas and liquid pipelines
• Knowledge of corrosion mechanisms and prevention measures
• Knowledge of pipeline inspection and assessment techniques
