Our client is a worldwide operator and producer with active drilling and production programs in 4 continents. Their North Sea operation is expanding and as a result they require experienced Commercial Negotiators to be based out of their Aberdeen office. As a Commercial Negotiator you will be responsible for supporting the negotiations for their assets, exploration operations and activities.
Key responsibilities:
Provide support on existing 3rd party service contracts
Provide commercial support to operations and activities
Provide support on disputes ? Provide commercial support into new contract negotiations
Provide commercial support and lead negotiation and preparation of amendments to existing and future 3rd party agreements
Co-ordinate internal approval of amendments to existing and future we 3rd party agreements
Co-ordinate external party's approval of amendments to agreements.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, have a proven track record of commercial negotiation and have a sound understanding of oil and gas economics and commercial agreements.
