Job Description:

JOB SCOPE
Direct and coordinate program activities designed to ensure effective and economical support for production of Weatherford goods and services.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise PCP operations personnel
Delegate work to personnel to ensure effective and efficient results to satisfy customers.
Responsible for training of personnel.
Establish accountabilities and goals for personnel.
Conduct performance evaluations of personnel.
Conduct safety meetings and ensure direct reports have the proper safety training and follow all safe working practices.
Employee relations management.
With assistance from HR: recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Local operations
Operate PCP test bench.
PCP system installation.
Service of all PCP equipment including drives, torque stoppers, stuffing boxes, etc.
Ensure preventative maintenance on equipment is completed.
Conduct field audits. Lead safety meetings.

Technical support for local customer base:
PCP system design utilizing C-Fer software.
Supply test reports and inspection reports for customers.
Troubleshoot PCP installations.
Fluid level analysis.
Maintain database of customer well records.
Arrange to have appropriate records prepared and maintained.
Maintain customer relations.
Provide subcontractors, suppliers, management, and customers with logistics technology that ensures effective and economical support.
Analyze contractual commitments, customer specifications, design changes, and other data to plan and develop logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life-cycle of product.
Develop and implement program activities, coordinating efforts of subcontractors, suppliers, production department, and field service personnel and resolving problems in area of logistics to ensure meeting of commitments.
Determine logistic support sequences and time phasing, problems arising from location of operational area, and other factors, such as environmental and human factors affecting personnel.

Maintain inventory for district
Order equipment as necessary to support workload.
Coordinate inventory control including cycle counts and physical inventory.
Track shipping and receiving documents.
Maintain offsite consignment inventory level for customers.
Review all Approval for Expenditures (AFE) for compliance with policy.
Compile data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistics activities.
Ensure materials, goods, labor, equipment, and/or supplies, are delivered in good order at an optimum time and cost.

Business Development
Identify opportunities for growth of the PCP product line.
Work with local sales force to ensure customers have the proper artificial lift system for their candidate wells.
Develop synergies with local sales force to ensure communication across product lines.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Essential
3+ years in a supervisory role.
Minimum 3-5 years experience with PCP units, their repair, assembly and transportation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Extensive knowledge of manufacturing environment, work order flow, inventory control and scheduling
General working computer knowledge
Excellent managerial and organizational skills
Ability to delegate work effectively
