Scope of Work
Assist Preventive Maintenance Manager (PMM) in maintenance and control of Preventive maintenance system and all aspect of Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical equipment on Drilling rigs as recommended by manufacturers, stipulated in drilling contracts and documented in Dalma Energy Quality Management System and Safety Management System procedures and instructions
Assist PMM in day to day monitoring of Preventive Maintenance in order to ensure compliance with maintenance requirement .
Assist Drilling Superintendents in all aspect of Preventive Maintenance and repair of equipment.
Maintain the NMA System by lodging in to the Preventive Maintenance system and verify close out.
Assist PMM to provide technical support to Drilling superintendents and Materials department on the supply of parts for maintenance schedules and to carry out technical inspection of spare parts received from suppliers.
Provide technical guidance to Maintenance Personnel on rigs in order to assist them to carry out their job efficiently.
Train maintenance Personnel on rigs to carry out the job effectively on maintenance related matters.
Assist PMM in identifying training needs of Maintenance Personnel on rigs and initiate follow up in accordance with DWI 4.18.1.2.
Assist PMM to ensure that Maintenance Personnel is trained in all aspect of Dalma Energy's QMS and HSE MS .
Assist PMM in performing any Maintenance and Repair related tasks. Carry out audits on the maintenance system during rig visits.
Competence Requirement:
Hold bachelor degree/diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering .
Have minimum 10 years of practical experience in maintenance department on oil well drilling rigs.
Should be computer Literate.
Able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
