 COMPANY
Our client excels at transporting, installing and removing offshore facilities. These include fixed and floating structures, subsea pipelines and infrastructures in shallow and deep water. They own one of the world's largest semi-submersible crane vessels.
SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
This candidates main responsibility is to advise all levels of our clients organization regarding QA/SHE related issues. This person will ensure QA/SHE standards and policies, communication and implementations. Among others main tasks will be to prepare and execute Hazids and Risk Assessments as required; investigate, report and close-out incidents offshore and onshore; and prepare tender reviews and assist in contract reviews.
Additionally this candidate will be responsible for execting internal and external audits and incident investigations, recommend corrective actions and ensure follow-up and close-out. The Sr. Qa/SHE advisor will maintain contacts with various HSE authorities in the world.
The QA / SHE department is responsible for the coordination of Quality Assurance, Environment, Safety and Health related matters on corporate and project level. To strengthen our QA/SHE department we are looking for a QA/SHE Advisor who will report to the Manager QA/SHE.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Vocational Training or equivalent
- QA/SHE training, education and qualifications
- Audit training
- Knowledge of regulations (marine, HSE)
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a project oriented company
- Have executed a minimum of 10 audits
- Eligible to work in the United States
