 FMC Technologies, Inc. in Houston, Texas has multiple openings for a Structural Engineer V to plan, design, conduct and direct Structural/Fatigue/Life Cycle Engineering Projects and Analyses. Requires a Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical
Engineering, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering plus 3 years experience performing structural design and/or fatigue design and analysis, and some experience utilizing structural analysis software such as ABAQUS, ANSYS, NASTRAN and/or RADIOSS; fatigue analysis software such as FE-Safe, nCode and/or FEMFAT; optimization analysis programs such as TOSCA or OptiStruct; and commercial Finite Element Analysis pre-processors such as HyperMesh and/or SimLab; and submitting analyses to a HPC-Cluster and reading and preparing structural drawings.
