 FMC Technologies, Inc. in Houston, TX has an opening for a Business Development Associate to work in direct support of Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager to carry out the following duties: coordinate sales and business development projects focused on growth of regional existing products and services including identification of product/service portfolio offerings, long-term growth and business planning, sales and strategy process improvement, and tactical sales execution plans. Requires Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration and 3 years relevant experience performing financial planning and analysis, demand forecasting and scenario planning, Excel modeling, market/industry research, new venture creation and business start-up, and sales strategy development; developing business models for new oilfield or industrial products/ services; utilizing SAP or other ERP system in an industrial/ manufacturing setting; improving business processes and mapping processes for new product development; and applying knowledge of quality standards in a manufacturing setting, Industrial Standards Organization (ISO) specifications, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environment Protection Agency (EPA) requirements.
