Job Description:
|
 To support the Hebron GBS project, our client is seeking resumes from qualified engineering and technical professionals to play a key role in our GBS team. We are currently looking for a candidate in the following area:
The Certification Coordinator will report to the Project Quality Assurance Manager. The Certification Coordinator will ensure that the Hebron GBS Project is in full compliance with C-NLOPB Certificate of Fitness Regulations and related Project requirements for all aspects of the scope of work including FEED Engineering, Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
Specific Responsibilities:
Controlling and monitoring all certification activities associated with the work and interface with the Certifying Authority (CA)
Resolving CA issues to the satisfaction of the CA with support of the Project team
Notifying counterparts of fabrication sites and subcontract details
Maintaining an interface with the Quality Surveillance Manager and the procurement team to ensure CA involvement with regards to POs and Contracts
Ensuring there is a proper documentation exchange between all parties and report any deviations from the process to Quality Manager
Maintaining a register of documentation submissions and resulting actions
Holding regular progress meetings with counterparts
Establishing a set of Certification Process KPIs
Providing quality support to the FEED / Early Works organization
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering and experience in CA Coordination
