LOCATION: Offshore Site, Angola
START DATE: Immediately
DURATION: 1 year
WORKING SCHEDULE: Offshore 4X4
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Contract
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
The scope of the SERVICE consists in:
-The Well completion and subsea supervisor onboard the DP drill ship is the technical expertise during the subsea & completion and intervention operations. He is there to assist the RSES by ensuring that adequate preparation and planning is carried out to ensure optimised operational performance.
To ensure that:
-Established HSE procedures and policies are maintained
-All development goals are achieved
-Completion & Subsea operational performance and cost efficiency are fulfilled
-Subordinate are efficiently managed and trained
-Adequate feedback to ensure that subsea know-how is shared within Total group
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
This SERVICE encompasses mainly the following activities:
As offshore Well completion and subsea supervisor, the designee is in charge to:
-Guarantee the follow up the completion and subsea operations during completion and intervention, respecting the company procedures, safety and environment.
-Optimisation of procedures in order to reduce costs and delays.
-Manage effectively the subsea & completion crews to ensure optimum planning and preparation and thus reducing the non productive time and also the invisible lost time.
-Supervise the logistics of offshore subsea & completion personnel and equipment, in order to optimise offshore operations
-Provide technical expertise to the RSES during subsea completion activities.
-Provide regular feedback to the onshore subsea & completion support team with a view to improve the operations while respecting the safety of personnel and equipment.
-Report and discuss with the onshore subsea & completion superintendent any anomaly detected in order to anticipate potential problems and define adequate solutions.
-Ensure adequate training is provided for the Junior completion & Subsea Supervisors (CADETS)
REQUIRED SKILLS for the execution of the SERVICE
-This position requires an extensive knowledge of offshore subsea & completion operations.
-Good interpersonal skills and organisation ability are essential.
-Holding valid IWCF well control certificate.
-Minimum 10 years experience completion and subsea with at least one year subsea experience (preferably)
-Graduate Technician with 5 years experience completion and subsea operations.
-Established HSE procedures and policies shall be followed
