Job Description: Project Services Lead is responsible for all cost and schedule control related activities through execution phase for the Downstream LNG Project. Project Services Lead will coordinate estimating, cost control, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting activities. This position reports to Downstream Business Team Lead (Houston). The Business Services team is a multifunctional team including Contracting, Procurement, Project Controls, Information Management/Technology, Estimating and Planning.
Education: Degreed
Experience: 10-15 years
Preferred Skills: Experience in an international major capital project assignment (Phase 4, onshore or LNG preferred). Knowledge of project business services and broad background in planning / scheduling, budgeting, project cost control and reporting, and finance /accounting processes and procedures. Demonstrated experience managing project control systems including change management, planning and cost management with knowledge of Kildrummy Cost Manager (KCM) and/or Primavera (P7) software. Conversant in project controls engineering, construction and Procurement practices and procedures with experience applying these principles to complex project Experience in managing Project Controls teams on major capital projects. Must be able to establish work plans, procedures, processes and establish team priorities. Demonstrated ability to understand business performance measures, provide status and pro-actively contribute to corrective actions by producing concise, realistic & meaningful Cost and Schedule reports which accurately capture progress, trends, forecasts & areas of concern. Experience in or knowledgeable of ProCon, SAP, JDE, Microsoft office Suite, Fuse.
