Under broad direction, promotes service excellence and customer satisfaction by providing training and guidance to individuals engaged in well site service work. Promotes and encourages safety and service quality. Responsible for profit/loss/ROI and corrective actions. Champions the implementation of new technology within Product Service Line (PSL). Coordinates and assists with the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process for PSL. Investigates and performs follow-up activities on unplanned events and/or jobs. Investigates accidents, injuries and incidents within assigned PSL. Coordinates the hiring process for assigned PSL; in concert with Human Resources. Interfaces and works effectively with Service Coordinator and Performance Development Coordinator pursuant to employee development and evaluation issues. Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in production and operations management, industrial engineering, or similar disciplines and a minimum of 6 years of experience in Halliburton Product Service Line (PSL) field operations which includes experience in a Halliburton Service Coordinator role or Performance Development Coordinator role. 10 years of Halliburton Product Service Line (PSL) field operations experience, including experience in a Halliburton Technical Planner role may be substituted in lieu of undergraduate degree requirement.

A PSL manager is needed for the Boots and Coots Coil Tubing Sub PSL. Must have 15 years' experience in the Well Intervention Industry. Must have strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills will be required as well as a broad understanding of the Intervention Market. Position will be in the GOM Area.

A background in coil tubing would help the successful candidate as well as sound P&L experience with an emphasis on Service Quality and HSE. This individual should be capable of working with our largest deep water customers to the independents on the shelf and land.
