Office Procurement Advisor

Our client a major international oil and gas company require a Junior Office Procurement Advisor to work in their Calgary office on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing Procurement functions to the office
• Working on Procurement Items with high frequency
• Liaise between Head Office and Country Office
• Sourcing on office procurement as well as higher value contracts for service providers
• Have contact with the SPI & SSI organizations

Qualifications and expertise required are:

• Holding valid Canadian Working Permit
• University degree preferably a background in business/commerce
• Strong governance in process and controls
• Understand the RFP and RFQ processes
• Needs to have experience with SAP, specifically SCM modules
• Worked for a while in large organization and understand the relationships between Head Office and Country Office
• Up to 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
