Job Description:
Create corrosion loops on PDF
Create fluid list
Report to Inspection Leader all needed documentation
Develop a Risk Based Inspection study
Produce inspection files
Produce procedures per inspection techniques
Prepare and perform the preliminary inspection (baseline)
Desired Profile:
B. Sc. Or equivalent to Mechanical/ Metallurgical Engineering as minimum
Candidate should have minimum 6 years working experience in Inspection Management System (IMS), Risk Based Inspection (RBI) system and corrosion monitoring system
Extensive knowledge of Oil & Gas equipment and down stream Refinery project and experience in Inspection and Corrosion Field.
Should have carried out extensive Risk Based Inspection (RBI) analysis based on API 571, 580/581 and to have valid certificate for API 580
Able to review technical documentation, analyze quality of document and to report any deviation/ problem to client Engineering team
Knowledge of MERIDIUM software
Computer literate using Microsoft Office software and Acrobat.
