Well Reliability Technical Specialist

Major Operator seeks to recruit a Well Reliability Technical Specialist with previous experience and skilled in the application of reliability and risk mitigation techniques in complex and challenging areas of operations (e.g. Space, Aviation, and Nuclear. Medical, Wells). This role is based in close proximity to London and is offered on a permanent basis.

The post holder will have excellent leadership capabilities in order to provide training and coaching in the interpretation and implementation of Wells Reliability Guide, Practices, Processes and Procedures including enforcing the HSE policy and provide expert support in the application of Reliability techniques through all stages of the Project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in Mechanical Engineering or relative discipline together with a proven technical aptitude for safety critical equipment design and engineering, experience of setting up or developing a Reliability support organisation would be advantageous.
