 Swift is looking for a Completions Engineering Team Lead for a client here in Houston, Texas.
Please note that this project requires 3-4 business trips a year, and during Phase 4 of the project will require a residential status in Luanda, Angola.
Job Purpose:
Lead the Completions Enigneering Team charged with overseeing the selection of well architecture drilling, and completions selection.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with the subsurface team and well construction engineers to develop well, drilling and completion designs for optimal depletion of reservoir targets.
Support optimization of field development plan, including well counts, completion design, and intervention planning.
Support the development team in shareholder review and quarterly work update meetings, usually held in Luanda, Angola.
Support NAG appraisal formation evaluation program through the design and planning of appropriate Drill Stem Tests
The Completions Engineering Team Lead position will have a duration of 3-4 years, and will work a 9/80 schedule while in Houston.
