JOB SCOPE
Support the Global Contracts Manager and the Contract Specialists in the coordination, tracking & reporting, and document management of procurement Non-Disclosure Agreements, Pricing Agreements and Contracts.
DUTIES
Will utilize the Supply Chain Contract Management System in the conduct of these duties.
Will directly manage the Procurement NDA process in conjunction with Supply Chain and Business Unit Managers.
Must possess good presentation skills, and oral and written communication.
Requires strong data analysis skills and the ability to generate metrics/reports in a variety of systems (Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, etc.).
Requires ability to perform in a complex cross-functional business environment.
Must demonstrate strict adherence to formal policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
BA or BS required.
3-5 years of industry experience preferred.
Experience generally includes technical knowledge, and/or experience in contracting, strategic sourcing, or procurement related activities.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
Requires little to no supervision.
