JOB SCOPE
Ensure equipment utilized meets specifications and field requirements, thru being properly maintained and tested. Also ensures equipment standardization across product line, equipment is safe to operate, is in a condition to allow superior service quality to WFT FT clients, and meets or exceeds all WFT FT SOP guidelines.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Will help to specify equipment used in product line.
Promote forward thinking and assist in the development of plans and procedures that enhance company performance in response to changing market conditions.
Will be required to test all equipment at OEM facilities prior to dispatch to field, thereby ensuring all equipment meets specification and field need.
Is required to document all testing, and will originate, review, record, and revise test parameters for each type of equipment.
May perform any service, repair or maintenance task necessary when "hands on" assistance is needed including field duty.
May be required to develop equipment delivery schedule(s) to coincide with business plans, on equipment rollout (new, used, or repaired).
May be required to attend jobs at customer locations.
Will be required to provide employee guidance, training, troubleshooting, and assist in the repair of field equipment.
May be required to operate equipment at WFT and customer locations.
Recognize problems and improvements needed and passes these on to upper management.
Required to work on a 24 hour call basis.
May be required to travel internationally.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Minimum 5 - 10 years oil field, equipment manufacturing, or equipment maintenance, experience.
Advanced knowledge of equipment function and control systems.
Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, or hydraulic applications.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced computer skills. Strong leadership and quality skills.
Be able to understand business plans and execute accordingly.
Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision.
Must be self starter. Multi-tasking ability.
Valid driver's license.
Satisfactory driving record as defined in Driver Qualification Policy HRD-12.
