Chief Engineer for oil well tools design and manufacture

A Chinese oil service company is looking for a chief engineer to join their oil well tools design and manufacture center.

Location: Beijing/Tianjin   
Reports to: General Manager of Oil & Gas Well Tools Centre

Duties:
Responsible for the design, improvement and manufacture of tools for well completion, downhole operation and well drilling of the client, especially the development, design and manufacture of various well completion tools and downhole operation tools   

Requirements:
*MUST be mandarin (Chinese) speaker
*Served as the head or chief engineer of tools manufacture departments in oilfields or oil service companies at home and abroad   
*In-depth knowledge of well completion techniques and tools, knowing on-site construction,  management and production line arrangement experience, and quality control capability   
*Correctly grasping the current and future development directions of domestic and foreign well completion technology, once worked in similar positions  
*Good master of technologies, research and development, and on-site construction related to well completion tools   
*Professional knowledge in well drilling, well completion, downhole and oil extraction   
*Minimum 15 years' working experience   
*Education Majored in mechanics and oil engineering, university education or above
