Requirements:
Hydraulic Component experience -- prefer oilfield, hose and fitting familiarity
High School education
Clean background
Legal to work in the U.S.
Self-Starter
Must agree to a confidentiality agreement
No outside business interest without the written consent and knowledge of VP-Business Development and CEO
Expectations:
Support Texas based field service operations
Support Field Technicians material and paperwork needs
Process all associated paperwork from order entry to invoice in a timely manner
Mediate customer related problems
Communicate daily with management on associated activities
Develop and report on key metrics beneficial to revenue growth of the Field Service Division
Assist in the development, implementation and control of Field Service processes
Assist in planning activities relating to material, manpower and equipment
Perform other assignments as requested by HSI management
Work within operating budget
Meet customer expectations of quality and value
Work within corporate mission and integrity plans
The Field Service Inside Salesperson is the go to person for all field service inside support needs including order entry, procurement, customer service, planning, logistics and billing. Interested parties must be willing to work as part of a team to improve our capabilities, better our processes and increase customer satisfaction.
