 Deepwater Exploration Reservoir Engineer

The Role You Will Play:
• Develop resources characterization with G&G teams for lease sale bids, farm-in evaluations, acquisitions, and reserve audits
• Participate in play and prospect risking
• Work with functional groups to obtain cost parameters for economic analysis, and prepare exploration success case development plans including assessments in areas such as:
o Recoverables
o Productivity
o Reservoir connectivity
o Drive type
o Production profile
• Maintain familiarity with completion and development technologies commonly used in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico
• Have familiarity with Deepwater prospect inventory, and be capable of comparing and ranking prospects with existing inventory
• Present evaluations/assessments clearly, and effectively for purposes of peer review, management review, and partner meetings
Ideal Candidate:
• BS in Geology or Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the oil industry
• Currently working Deepwater projects
