HR Manager

My International client is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to handle all aspects of their Algerian operation. The successful candidate will have the following:

• Oral and written fluency in English and French
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in Algeria
• The desire and drive to progress within the company
• Oil and gas experience preferred, but not essential
• Strong ability to build and develop key relationships with colleagues, commercial clientele, and government agencies both locally and on an international basis
• Ability to be organised and able to manage a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously
