Job Description:

 A Major Oil Producer requires an Offshore Maintenance Supervisor (3x) to be based in Qatar with rotation cycle of 28 days ON/28 days Off.
The maintenance supervisor will be responsible for the maintenance activities on the platform - this involves setting target, follow up and making corrective actions as necessary.
On top of that, he will be responsible for supervision of safe and effective execution of replacement and repair jobs. Further he is responsible for fast restoring of essential services in the event of failure or malfunction.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
o Maintenance Supervisor with significant experience with maintenance of gas turbines, compressors & telecom.
o Minimum 10 years experience in offshore maintenance or production.
o Able to train and develop the maintenance crew with special focus on process safety, optimization and good offshore maintenance practices and knowledge to company procedures and guidelines
o Acquire recent experience working with major service companies, national oil companies or major international oil companies.
Salary is negotiable (paid monthly regardless of rotation) plus flight rotation ticket. Food and messing accommodation will be provided whilst on duty.
