Job Description:
|
 * Green Belt Certification OR Black Belt Certification
* Engineering Degree (Mechanical Engeering, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
* Management Experience (experience leading a team)
* Experience running PE projects (from stem to stern)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Identifying and implementing cost saving and process improvement projects
* Leading root cause analysis and countermeasures to improve quality, safety, cost and cycle time
* Analyzing data and trends in order to develop solutions to enhance the overall performance of the division
* Developing and implementing procedures, visual aids and audit processes
* Participating in, and often leading, customer facing initiatives to achieve organizational goals and strengthen customer relationships
* Identifying and understanding the impact of new processes and/or changes to existing processes on safety, quality, cost and cycle time
* Developing and implementing methods of process analysis which monitor and measure performance
* Building relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers to increase and communicate quality awareness and assist operations with continuously improving responsiveness to customer concerns
* Leading the process improvement team
* Developing and validating value examples, case studies and KCIs (best practice sharing)
Participating in and leading Kaizen, problem-solving teams and other improvement events
