EIT Offshore Engineering Manager

Job Description:

•Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecoms (EIT) Project Engineer for the design delivery of EIT   systems. Monitor the       overall progress of EIT engineering activities
•Assist in resolution of multidisciplinary design issues
•Facilitate the engineering change process within the EIT disciplines, and generate project change requests which addresses multi-discipline impacts to scope, schedule and cost.
•Work closely with discipline leads and planning group to drive progress, deliverables, milestones and ensure resource levels support the plan.
•Monitor delivery of inputs to other disciplines and champion the use of Model Element management within the EIT disciplines.
•Manage workshare execution for selected scopes of work
•Ensure quality and consistency across the design.

Job requirements:

•BS or MS engineering degree. Minimum of 20+ years of relevant experience; relevant professional registration preferred.
•Strong Offshore Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecoms (EIT) background
•Computer proficiency required; Strong analytical and problem solving skills, Accuracy and attention to detail important. Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities important. The ability to prepare and present complex program proposals and reports to senior level management and customers is critical. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
•Excellent Interpersonal skills required. Must be self-motivated, and a team player.
•Offshore project development experience required.
