To keep on growing, SPIE Oil & Gas Services always needs new talents and is currently looking for, on behalf of its Expertise Business Unit, a: Subcontract Administrator M/F
This position is a strong opportunity to become a part of a dynamic Group and develop your skills within the Oil and Gas activity. You will become a member of our Engineering and Construction Department and take part in projects stemming from the upstream of the oil sector and/or its downstream, in collaboration with our Oil & Gas clients.
During the proposal phase, you are in charge of the estimation of the costs related to all the subcontracted services, necessary to the progress of the operations,
During the contract realization phase:
- You are in charge of the relations with the sub-contracted companies,
- You prepare the call for tender based on the technical specification uttered by our study services, all the while respecting the costs and the planning of the installations,
- You compare the tenders and negotiate the technical and commercial conditions,
- You administer the contracts after commands are passed and you make sure the companies' mobilization correspond perfectly with the operation sequences,
- You deal with the disputes/reclamations of the companies till the contracts are closed,
- You evaluate the sub-contracted companies at the end of a project and give a feedback to the service concerned
Possessor of a superior technical education degree (general engineering), you benefit from a minimum experience of 10 years in a similar position.
You are rigorous, autonomous and possess optimum social skills.
You are fluent in English and Spanish.
