Job Description:
Halliburton's new facility in Lafayette, Louisiana will manufacture complex machined components for oilfield service operations with
state-of-the art manufacturing equipment, including numeric-controlled turning and milling equipment and additional value-added services, such as heat treatment, coating and other specialty operations. The facility will also have assembling operations and product testing operations performed before shipping components to oil and gas producers around the world.

Responsible for master planning, inventory management, just in time planning, material requirements planning, capacity planning, and production activity control. Identifies master planned items. Defines and coordinates Manufacturing planning strategy with field operations.
Establishes and maintains time fences for master items. Develops and maintains product groups. Develops and maintains rough cut capacity profiles.
Develops Sales and Operations Plan (SOP). Performs rough cut capacity planning. Balances demand with capacity at master level item.
Loads and maintains demand management master plan. Conducts monthly plan review with PCT, PPT, Sub-PSMT, etc. Develops long term plans and communicates plans to business unit, customers, and PSLs. Coordinates planning strategy with Production Planner. Requires detailed product knowledge and advanced knowledge of Master Planning, Inventory
Management, Just In Time, Materials Requirements Planning, Capacity
Planning, Production Activity Control, and systems and technology typically achieved through full APICS certification or 6-8 years experience working in a manufacturing, procurement, or customer service related capacity.
BS degree required in Business or Supply Chain.
Requires detailed product knowledge and advanced knowledge of Master
Planning, Inventory Management, Just In Time, Materials Requirements
Planning, Capacity Planning, Production Activity Control, and systems and technology typically achieved through full APICS certification or
6-8 years experience working in a manufacturing, procurement, or customer service related capacity.
