 An Oil & Gas Company with a diversified portfolio of production, development and exploration assets require a Well Engineering Manager/Country Drilling Manager.
The person appointed will lead and manage the Well Engineering team to deliver the wells programmes in the most cost-effective and safe manner. Responsibilities include the delivery of well drilling, completion, workover and testing activities whilst acting as the single management contact reporting directly into the Corporate Drilling Manager. It is essential that applicants have extensive jack-up rig experience and at least 4 years experience working as a Well Engineering Manager.
As the Well Engineering Manager you will be the department's focal point for company management, JV partners, local authorities and service companies, therefore, it is essential that you have excellent communication,self-motivation and interpersonal skills.
