Robert Walters Oil & Gas technical division are currently recruiting for a Lead Directional Drilling Specialist to work on high profile projects across South East Asia. This a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading oilfield service companies in the region.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of DD techniques.
Surveying methods used in oilfield locations.
Advanced ell planning techniques using Drilling Office.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Duties:
Lead any directional drilling job.
Site representative for clients, rig crew and D&M field staff.
Technical support to clients.
Meets minimum OFS Safety Training Coefficient (STC) requirements.
Mentoring less experienced members of staff following the clients training program.
Preparing end of well reports.
Ensuring preparation is done for final product delivery.
Failure reports and closed with clients.
