THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
This position will oversee the Gregory site as the first point of contact for maintenance issues. You will provide technical assistance to maintenance operations to minimize problems. With the full support of leadership, you will take the term preventative engineering to a whole new level. The Maintenance Engineer evaluates and designs changes in maintenance activities to increase reliability of equipment. This successful candidate will monitor repairs and rebuilds to ensure they are performed properly, safely, and economically. The Engineer will also support and participate in all required plant Health, Safety, Security and Environmental and World Class Manufacturing initiatives; and support capital activities by participating in design reviews and ensuring the maintainability of new projects.
