EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION LEVEL: High School Minimum, Prefer 2-4 Year College
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN POSITION TITLE/ROLE: 1 - 5
TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 1 - 5
TECHNICAL SKILLS: Candidate should have experience developing material take-off's from engineering design drawing for piping and have the skills to to develop installation work hours estimates for construction installation. Good knowledge of material pricing is desired. Conceptual estimating capabilities desired.
2-4 Years of Technical Training or College desired. Consider also experience from Journeyman craft as equivalent.
Ability to read and understand Piping & Instrument Diagrams, Piping Isometric Drawings and 2-D Piping drawings.
SOFT SKILLS: Fully competent with MS Office products, Excel, Word. MC2-Ice 2000, Timberline, or other third party estimating software desired.
