Our Houston, TX office is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer working with the ETC Quality Assurance Team for Drilling and Completions
Quality Assurance Engineer will work with the Project Team to design processes to ensure the quality of engineered equipment in critical service. The Quality Assurance Engineer will develop and implement Quality Plans consistent with clients standards and could be directly involved with managing contracted field quality assurance services.
Key Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate shall have documented experience in designing and managing quality assurance processes for the manufacturing, inspection, assembly, and testing of one or more of the following equipment types:
•Electric Submersible Pumps
•Drilling and Completions Equipment
•Wellhead Equipment
Required Experience
•5+ Years in Quality Assurance
•Documented Experience in Quality Management Systems Auditing
•Thorough understanding of API and ISO Quality Management System Requirements
•Demonstrated record of problem solving and working in a Team environment
Technical and Position Knowledge
••Fluent in Industry Codes and Standards
••Excellent Communication Skills
••Basic understanding of Reliability Engineering
••Up to 50% travel (Domestic and International) may be required
•It is expected this position will last 2 years.
•This position will be Downtown Houston.
