Job Description:

Responsibilities include:
Establishing the scope of work for multiple projects;
Planning, administering and expediting work of the design group (20-30 personnel
within Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, Electrical, Structural, Drafting &
Design);
Continually improving Company procedures and ensuring efficiency at all times
Reviewing and approving manpower requirements and exercising management
direction with respect to selection, appraisal and training of personnel;
Reviews and evaluated technical work;
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
12-15 years related experience including 2-5 years of experience in the role of
Discipline Lead or Engineering Manager;
Mechanical Engineering Degree (or equivalent);
Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA;
Superior English communication skills, both written and verbal;
Detail oriented, practical mindset;
Superior people management skills.
