Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities:
Create and maintain standard and demonstrable processes and procedures for all aspects of Supplier Due Diligence within the Expro business.
Create and implement a Due Diligence/Approvals KPI management system for all aspects of the appropriate regional supply base - including the support and maintenance of a global database.
Support the development of a long term SCM strategy regarding supplier approvals and measurement.
Regional monthly reporting on Approved Suppliers List (ASL).
Support regional requirements via facilitation of New Supplier Request Forms, due diligence processes and SAP vendors.
Create, manage and maintain SAP vendor profiles.
Key interface between the supplier due diligence function within the SCM structure and the Logistics structure within the GSC structure.
Responsible for ensuring that all "key" GSPs and suppliers are subjected to the appropriate level of Due diligence regards commercial and legal compliance, including frequent and planned destination interviews and audits.
Responsible for the processing, approval and auditing of new GSPs and suppliers aligned to the Global Logistics strategy.
Support our continual improvement programmes, recommend and introduce process improvements and support GSC as needed.
Adhere to the Expro Business Principles & Ethics and Code of Business Conduct of being reliable, trustworthy and fair. Avoiding conflicts of commercial interest, ensuring accuracy of information, maintaining confidentialities and by abstaining from all forms of corruption.
Qualifications:
2 years experience of Supply Chain Management with a global oilfield service company preferred.
Business qualification from college/university.
Strong administration skills.
Working knowledge or experience in FCPA compliance/due diligence preferred.
